When will I get my order?
Estimated shipping and delivery dates depend on the chosen carrier, the service (express or standard) and the place of destination. The different options can be selected during the purchase process once the delivery address has been provided. In shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla there may be customs withholdings, so the delivery time could be longer. When shipping through the Post Office, you cannot pay cash on delivery.

¿Eager to open your package?
At HANAN PACHA we work to make the wait as short as possible, but we must take into account several factors that can influence the delivery time of the order. For example, if you make the purchase on Friday, most likely until Monday it will not go into preparation and if you do it on a holiday we will begin to prepare your order when you return. Of course, we are committed to working as quickly as possible so that you can start enjoying our products as soon as possible. It is important that you know that we work from Monday to Friday, although on the website you can place orders 365 days a year at any time of the day. As soon as the package is finished and delivered to the carrier, we send you an email. From then on, it will take a day or two for you to get home.

SHIPPING COSTS

They depend on three factors: the chosen carrier, the destination and the weight of the package. Our computer system, taking these aspects into account, calculates the shipping costs and adds them to the total. In this way, entering your cart you can check what it will cost you to receive your package. Of course, we can guarantee that at HANAN PACHA we try to keep shipping costs affordable.

Are you going to pay cash on delivery?

An order can be paid cash on delivery if the carrier chosen for delivery offers the service, in which case there is an extra cost. This is a fixed fee, regardless of the order price.

Do you want to save shipping costs?

You can pick up your purchase for FREE at our facilities at Calle Doctor Barraquer 16, 14004 Cordoba. In this case, the estimated delivery time is 24 hours on working days. If you are going to come to pick it up here, you have to confirm it before by calling 957 39 11 77 or by sending an email to info@hanan-pacha.com In addition, shipping is free for the peninsula and Portugal on orders over € 180 of products. In the case of the Balearic Islands, it will be free for purchases that exceed € 250 in products.

For residents outside of Spain

If you live in countries of the European Union and want to buy in HANAN PACHA we will send you your packages without any problem. In this case the delivery times and costs are longer. Depending on the country, orders can be sent with SEUR or Correos. When processing the order, the shipping costs will appear, which will vary depending on the country of destination and the weight of the package.

Heavy weight orders

The delivery of orders over 30 kilos, which is carried out with a free service for the customer, will be carried out with the carrier that decides the Grand Evening as the most correct depending on the weight and place of delivery. In these cases, it will be the carrier who sets the delivery conditions, taking into account that the term may be longer than that established for standard shipments. RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 business days, counting from the delivery date of the order, to return it. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Retail Trade Regulation modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19.) * Important note:

  • If you find any damage to the packaging, please state it on the delivery company’s delivery note.

  • To proceed with the return of the product, you must inform by e-mail to the address info@hanan-pacha.com. Once you contact us, we will inform you of the necessary information and the procedure to follow.
  • If the return is the result of an error in the preparation of the order, the shipping costs are paid by HANAN PACHA when replacing your merchandise.

RETURN CONDITIONS FORHANAN PACHA ORDERS

If you have received your order and you are not satisfied with any of the items, you can request a return (although in case of defective product / s, it will be subject to what is specified in the last section of this text), in accordance with the conditions that you can read below.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN ACCEPTANCE.

HANAN PACHA by virtue of the provisions of the Retail Trade Organization Law as well as that regulated by community regulations (Directive 97/7 / CE), will not accept returns on the sale of goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or personalized . The return of any merchandise will require the agreement of both parties, unless the right of withdrawal is exercised within 14 days of the delivery date. Outside of said period of 14 days, HANAN PACHA reserves the right to demand compensation to compensate for possible damage suffered by the goods, as well as to recover the direct costs caused by the return. HANAN PACHA will accept the return of the merchandise if: 1- Within the period established for that purpose by the Law (14 business days), the buyer exercises his right of resolution. HANAN PACHA will accept the exercise of the aforementioned right only and exclusively when the merchandise is unused, with its corresponding original packaging and in perfect condition. 2- If the merchandise is defective, in accordance with the provisions of the Defective Products Law, HANAN PACHA will immediately replace the product with an identical one. 3- HANAN PACHA will also proceed to return the amount of the merchandise when for reasons not attributable (whether direct or indirect) to it, it is unable to serve it. 4- HANAN PACHA will accept the return of the merchandise when, for reasons attributable to it, the requested product does not correspond to the one requested by the customer. In case of controversy or conflict that may arise from the interpretation or fulfillment of these Particular Conditions of Purchase, they will be resolved before the Courts and Courts of the Province of Córdoba.

STEPS:

Request your return via e-mail to info@hanan-pacha.com, within 14 business days from the date you received the order from the courier. Please let us know in this email the order number and the reason for returning the item. Once your return request has been received, we will contact you to indicate the steps to follow in the return. Then and always within 5 business days of your request, our courier company will pick up the item at the time you indicate. Transportation costs will be paid by the customer. If you prefer, you can send it with another logistics company, postage paid. Then prepare the package to be collected in its original packaging, and make sure that the labels have not been torn off and the item has not been used. The return must meet these conditions to be accepted. Once the item has been received at our offices and thoroughly inspected, we will send you an e-mail informing you of the acceptance of the return. From this date, we will have 30 working days to reimburse you for the purchase amount, except for transport costs, both shipping and return, which will only be returned if HANAN PACHA is responsible for the cause of returning the product. ; However, in the event of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the product, HANAN PACHA will assume the cost of the product and the cost of the delivery transport to the customer. The refund will be made through the means of payment used in the purchase. If you do not meet any of these conditions, we will contact you to offer you the option of returning items that have not been accepted. All expenses generated by this return, including the transport of these items, will be borne by the customer (except return within 14 days from receipt of the product, which will be as specified in the preceding paragraph). If you do not accept this option, HANAN PACHA can keep the items and the amount thereof.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS

In accordance with articles 120 and following of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, in the event that the defective product / s has been delivered, HANAN PACHA will proceed, according to corresponds, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer.
